  • 1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using all services and virtual tools offered by AzzurriFantasy ("we", "us", or "our").

  • 2. Age Requirements & User Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) to create an account, purchase subscription plans, or interact with our virtual stadium mockups. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us and that all information submitted during registration is accurate and truthful.

  • 3. Registration, Security, & Account Custody

    To access certain advanced analytics and 3D stadium visualization panels, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all operations performed under your account. You agree to notify our security team immediately at support@www.azzurrifantasy.com of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

  • 4. License Grant & Permitted Usage

    We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access the football simulator, manager tactics sheets, and 3D virtual stadium graphics for personal, non-commercial entertainment and training analysis. Any automated data extraction (such as scraping, crawling, or parsing) of our statistics, layouts, or player scores is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

  • 5. Intellectual Property Ownership

    All content displayed on the Website—including but not limited to the brand name "AzzurriFantasy", custom graphics, animated SVG elements, mathematical simulation algorithms, 3D stadium models, design systems, layouts, code files, and logos—is the exclusive property of AzzurriFantasy or its licensors. This material is protected under European copyright laws, international treaties, and trademark regulations.

  • 6. Subscription Plans, Pricing, & Billing

    Access to basic simulator components is free, while advanced features require a premium subscription. All prices listed are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) where applicable. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (credit card, digital wallet, etc.) through our secure EU-compliant payment processor. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless canceled in your profile settings.

  • 7. European Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

    In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws on digital services, users residing in the EU or EEA have the right to withdraw from their premium subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, if you explicitly choose to access the premium content or run a 3D simulation during this 14-day window, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once service execution has commenced.

  • 8. System Conduct & Prohibited Activities

    Users are prohibited from: (a) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers; (b) introducing malicious software, viruses, or Trojan horses; (c) bypass security firewalls or login gates; (d) spamming other users; and (e) using our simulator to generate illegal sports betting advice or predictions. Violation of these safety rules will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

  • 9. Disclaimer of Warranties for Simulator Data

    The simulations, tactical guides, player stats, and virtual stadium mockups provided on the Website are for entertainment, educational, and digital analysis purposes only. We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the simulator will be free from errors or that calculated football results match real-world outcomes.

  • 10. Limitation of Corporate Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AzzurriFantasy, its directors, employees, or tech partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, loss of data, system downtime, or personal device failure resulting from your access to or inability to use the Website, regardless of the legal theory invoked.

  • 11. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AzzurriFantasy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

  • 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising from your use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by European digital service frameworks and regulations. You agree that any legal action or proceeding against us shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our operating region.

  • 13. Amendments & Severability

    We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
